It's a start. Medal didn't work for me for some reason, but...

The challenges were nice. Though the true difficulty of the game came out of the controls, which really is a bad sign. in many situations, I just needed to move an itsy bit more towards a certain direction, but even if I tap an arrow key, it always does much more than needed. My suggestion: get rid of the death by contact with a wall. Just set the wall collision to stop the movement of the player. While it's nice to add difficulty through making wall = death, this is frustrating rather than providing a feeling of accomplishment after beating a level. Try adding difficulty through clever level designs. Also, it was difficult to control which direction the white shield block would be facing me. The gravity effect is nice here, but try to make it easier to control.

Poor game that probably took one person no more than a few hours, maybe even less, just to hate o a group of flash artists.

If I remember correctly, one of the rules of Newgrounds is that your flash cannot be intentionally hating another user. This is hateful towards both Edd and his friends. They have proven that they're not "using their dead friend" by donating profits towards charity and only keeping enough to themselves as a salary as if somebody else had hired them. Believe it or not, people need to be paid for their skilled labor.

As for the game, it's uninteresting and a glitched filled mess. In one instance, I made $500 before the timer ended while only needing 100-ish to pass the level. I like how you inplemented a check to see if the user is cheating, and for that, I applaud you with half a star, but it came out of the blue the first time and I didn't even notice that I had to click it until it was already 3/4s the way done.

It's a fun game, but I experienced a lot of lag that made it difficult to enjoy. It may just be my computer (and my laptop) though.

Also, I got first place in Level 4, yet the medal didn't register. That's frustrating...

Btw, Google Chrome was a difficult boss.

The game was... well... boring. I mean, sure it was great that you were able to create this in 24 hours, but it just didn't have any challenge. I left it alone for a while to write this review and noticed I couldn't lose. Even on the boss it seemed impossible to lose.

After reading your ending statement, I finally understood what you were trying to do as a MegaMan fan. And as a MegaMan fan myself (who's still pretty mad at Capcom for the Legends 3 incident), I'm only giving this five stars to help you in your cause of getting Capcom to give us gamers what we want.

(But in reality, I wouldn't have given this any more than 2)

[Super Robot Action Game]

Great game! It was tons of fun to play, and I've noticed that about an hour of my weekend mysteriously vanished. I like how the points reset with each round, thereby making the gamer rely on skill and buildup rather than grinding to achieve the best upgrade earlier in the game.

[Derpy's Story]

This was a fun game, but the controls feel somewhat slow. Nonetheless, this game was very cute, fun but some extra difficulty would be nice.
